School Premises Guidelines / विद्यालय परिसर दिशा‑निर्देश
(To be followed by all students, staff and visitors inside the school campus.)
Note: Guidelines are presented in English (left) and Hindi (right) for clarity.
General Conduct
English
1. Discipline and behaviour
  1. Students must maintain discipline and behave respectfully with teachers, staff, classmates and visitors at all times.
  2. Use of abusive language, bullying, fighting, teasing or any form of harassment is strictly prohibited in the school premises.
  3. Running, shouting or playing in corridors, staircases and classrooms is not allowed.
2. Punctuality and attendance
  1. Students must reach school on time and be present for the morning assembly and all classes.
  2. No student may leave the campus during school hours without written permission of the Principal or authorised person.
  3. Regular attendance is compulsory; repeated absence without valid reason may invite disciplinary action.
3. Uniform and identity
  1. Students must wear the prescribed school uniform, neat and clean, on all working days and school functions.
  2. School ID card must be worn visibly inside the campus for security and identification.
  3. Improper wearing of uniform, scribbling on uniform or accessories, and objectionable hairstyles or ornaments are not permitted.
4. Care of school property
  1. Students must protect school property and keep classrooms, toilets, playground and all common areas clean.
  2. Writing on walls, desks, buses or damaging furniture, equipment or plants is strictly forbidden; damage must be reported immediately.
  3. Any wilful damage may result in recovery of cost and disciplinary action.
5. Safety and prohibited items
  1. Carrying mobile phones, electronic gadgets, sharp objects, crackers, colours or any dangerous items is strictly prohibited unless permitted by school.
  2. Use or possession of tobacco, alcohol, drugs or any harmful substances within or near the campus is banned.
  3. Students must follow all safety instructions in laboratories, playgrounds, buses and during emergencies or drills.
6. Academic environment
  1. Silence must be maintained in classrooms, library, laboratories and examination halls to support learning.
  2. Students should bring required books and materials and avoid disturbing ongoing classes.
  3. Cheating, use of unfair means or disturbing examinations will lead to strict action.
Note: Any serious breach of discipline that harms the safety, reputation or normal functioning of the school may lead to suspension or cancellation of admission as per school rules.
सामान्य आचार‑व्यवहार
हिन्दी
1. अनुशासन और व्यवहार
  1. विद्यार्थियों को सदैव अनुशासन बनाए रखना होगा तथा शिक्षक, कर्मचारी, सहपाठी और आगंतुकों के प्रति सम्मानजनक व्यवहार करना होगा।
  2. अपशब्दों का प्रयोग, बदमाशी, झगड़ा, चिढ़ाना या किसी भी प्रकार की उत्पीड़न‑पूर्ण गतिविधि विद्यालय परिसर में सख्त वर्जित है।
  3. गलियारों, सीढ़ियों और कक्षाओं में दौड़ना, चिल्लाना या खेलना अनुमत नहीं है।
2. समयपालन और उपस्थिति
  1. विद्यार्थियों को समय से विद्यालय पहुंचना चाहिए तथा प्रार्थना सभा और सभी कक्षाओं में उपस्थित रहना चाहिए।
  2. विद्यालय समय में कोई भी विद्यार्थी प्राचार्य या अधिकृत व्यक्ति की लिखित अनुमति के बिना परिसर नहीं छोड़ सकता।
  3. नियमित उपस्थिति अनिवार्य है; बिना उचित कारण के बार‑बार अनुपस्थित रहने पर अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।
3. वेशभूषा और पहचान
  1. सभी विद्यार्थियों को निर्धारित विद्यालय वर्दी साफ‑सुथरी अवस्था में सभी कार्य‑दिवसों और विद्यालयीय कार्यक्रमों में पहननी होगी।
  2. सुरक्षा और पहचान के लिए विद्यालय की पहचान‑पत्र (ID कार्ड) परिसर के अंदर स्पष्ट रूप से पहनना अनिवार्य है।
  3. वर्दी का गलत ढंग से पहनना, उस पर लिखना‑रंगना तथा अनुचित केश‑विन्यास या आभूषण पहनना अनुमत नहीं है।
4. विद्यालय संपत्ति की देखभाल
  1. विद्यार्थियों का दायित्व है कि वे विद्यालय की संपत्ति की रक्षा करें और कक्षा‑कक्ष, शौचालय, खेल‑मैदान व अन्य सभी क्षेत्रों को स्वच्छ रखें।
  2. दीवारों, डेस्क, बसों आदि पर लिखना, फर्नीचर, उपकरण या पौधों को नुकसान पहुँचाना सख्त वर्जित है; किसी भी प्रकार की क्षति का तुरंत सूचित करना आवश्यक है।
  3. जानबूझकर की गई क्षति की भरपाई और अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही विद्यालय नियमों के अनुसार की जाएगी।
5. सुरक्षा और निषिद्ध वस्तुएँ
  1. मोबाइल फोन, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण, नुकीली वस्तुएँ, पटाखे, रंग या कोई भी खतरनाक वस्तु विद्यालय की अनुमति के बिना लाना सख्त वर्जित है।
  2. तंबाकू, शराब, नशीली दवाओं या किसी भी हानिकारक पदार्थ का विद्यालय परिसर के अंदर या आस‑पास प्रयोग/स्वामित्व पूर्णत: प्रतिबंधित है।
  3. प्रयोगशाला, खेल‑मैदान, बसों तथा आपातकालीन परिस्थितियों या मॉक ड्रिल के दौरान विद्यार्थियों को सभी सुरक्षा निर्देशों का पालन करना होगा।
6. शैक्षिक वातावरण
  1. कक्षा‑कक्ष, पुस्तकालय, प्रयोगशाला तथा परीक्षा‑कक्ष में शांति बनाए रखना अध्ययन हेतु आवश्यक है।
  2. विद्यार्थियों को आवश्यक पुस्तकों और सामग्री के साथ कक्षा में उपस्थित होना चाहिए तथा चल रही कक्षाओं में व्यवधान नहीं पैदा करना चाहिए।
  3. नकल करना, अनुचित साधनों का प्रयोग या परीक्षाओं में बाधा उत्पन्न करना गंभीर अपराध है और कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
सूचना: ऐसा कोई भी गंभीर अनुशासनहीन कार्य, जिससे विद्यालय की सुरक्षा, प्रतिष्ठा या सामान्य कार्य‑प्रणाली को हानि पहुँचती हो, विद्यार्थी के निलंबन या नाम काटने का कारण बन सकता है।
